I don't think anyone has found this trick yet but there is a way of stumbling your own site twice. Try stumbling your own site once then remove the / at the end and click "i like it" again and see if it works. Example http://www.blazed-up.com/pew-pew-pew/ http://www.blazed-up.com/pew-pew-pew Sorry if this has been posted before.
wow thats a weird one, I think stumbleupon starts blocking your domain if you keep stumbling your own site Im not sure though
Does it show up as two separate SU URLs with each one stumbled by you or just one (which I don't think would show your stumble twice...) http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/www.blazed-up.com/pew-pew-pew/ http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/www.blazed-up.com/pew-pew-pew Interesting, but I have a feeling it won't help any
nice find. but not worth losing your digg account or getting your site banned for a single extra vote.
Hi ... for Grub Street, at least, StumbleUpon returns about 20 unique visits for every stumble. Not much, in the larger scheme of the Interest, I guess, as we average 10M uniques a day. At one point, yesterday, we were running about 100 to 1, but then the stumbles caught up and the url being promoted fell back to about 20:1. Haven't been on stumbleupon long enough for any insight into returnees. In a month or so, such data may be available. Hope this info helps.
Very little traffic comes from StumbleUpon and what does come is not likely to stay long or buy anything. Most StumbleUpon users are just doing it for fun and to see what comes up next. However, I do find that certain types of searches on StumbleUpon can net some results that I can't find via any other search engine. It can be very useful!
Stumble has been a great boom for my site! In two weeks I've received over 10,000 unique visits, but it has to be something the Stumblers want to see. Yes, if you submit too much of your site there it will stop referring your site like it did for me, but I began an ad campaign and the Stumbles increased. At 5 cents a click it really put my site on the map!
You can also stumble with or without the index.xxx (asp/php/html/etc...) and without it giving your site more stumbles.
Yea I just surf on Stumble I never click away too much its always good to see what is going to pop up lots of neat stuff.
