Stumbleupon Tagging

I'm not quite sure how tagging ranking works in Stumbleupon or other social bookmarking sites for that matter. When you search for a certain tag, there appears a list of sites. What I want to know is what determines what those top list of sites for that tag is? Is it amount of reviews, amount of stumbles or what?

    Thanks in advance.

The higher the site is on the list, the more stumble it received from other users.

StumbleUpon has their own logarithm that determines the rankings.

    It mainly looks at:
    1. The number of stumbles your page receives
    2. The proximity (time gap) between each of those stumbles

10 stumbles in 1 day is better than 20 stumbles in 3 days.

So how does a review compare in value with a stumble and is it possible to see how many stumbles a site has received?
