I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere, but how do you get a site to become a "featured site" for a particular keyword search on Stumbleupon? I searched their FAQ and forums, and there is no mention of this. I've noticed that some of them have 0 reviews, others have hundreds, so it doesn't appear to be something based on popularity, or even being a sponsor.
