    I'm taking any offers on the domain:

    StumbleUpon.biz

    I think the domain name speaks for itself.
    I was being nice and I offered this domain to StumbleUpon at basically reg. price and they did not reply to me, so I guess they don't care what I do with it.
    This is a great name that's easy to remember and is already branded.
    My only suggestion to you is that if you are considering buying and developing this name, you should probably live outside the U.S. (unless you have really big ones or a great legal team). I think this domain has a lot of potential as a stumble exchange or some similar type of stumble service.

    Reg. at Godaddy in 2006. Expires 11/2008.

    I think that debating legal issues in this thread is a waste of time, as I don't think many attorneys are on this forum. The trademark laws associated with StumbleUpon are only applicable to those that live in the USA. That is why I originally suggested that anyone who is interested in buying the domain should live outside the U.S.

    It's a moot point anyway, because the domain is sold.
