According to AdSense terms of service stumble upon is actually a server that is against their TOS, many people have reported being banned because of this traffic, not everyone but it has happened.

I don't think stumble is against Google TOS but doesn't convert very well so it's not the best traffic

Please post the section of the Adsense TOS that says this, and post a verifiable source of someone being banned because of Stumbleupon..

in my opinion SU is a waste of time when it comes to Adsense. Just get over it. Concentrate more in SERPs.

Stumble upon can happens on its own.. people stumble upon your site and submit it to stumble upon - you cant do anything about that.
You shouldnt be penalized for it.

Extensive SU usage will eventually smartprice you and then it doesnt matter what traffic you get, you will make pennies for life.

SU is definately not worth the time and money.

    Nope. its not.
Traffics for Social Networking sites are quite organic in nature and no way against Adsense TOS.
For the OP, in that case, do not stumble your pages..

I believe smartpricing is not for life, it is temporary, at least that's the experience I got, and it's not per account, but per site.

Yes, stop using SU if you find it to be worthless.

Me I still submit content to SU but don't get (many) visits, maybe my account has been flagged as spammer or something.
