My SU bounce rate is 78% and google is 80%. That seems odd to me. And analytics is showing 2 different Google Sources, Google.com Refferral and Google.com Organic

Is that for your AdWords? If so you may want to try targeting differently or direct them to pages specifically designed for the traffic coming in (that use those keywords etc....)

Those are very high bounce rates. One way to lower the bounce rate is to change your site layout/theme. Also, target more specific keywords.

2 source from google could mean one from adwords and one from search engine results traffic.

Try to monitor on which keyword your pages have been referred to. Try to edit these pages (don't remove the vital keywords) with better options for your visitor. You can reduce your bounce rate by doing this. Also, on you link building campaigns, try to concentrate more related keywords and traffics.
