Is Stumble Upon Worth it and how does it work? I have heard a lot about this program, but ahve never used it. Can someone explain it to me? Benjamin

It is a lot of work, agreed. Currently StumbleUpon is my biggest overall referrer. I'm not sure how well it's converting to repeat visitors, but I'll take it right now.
It's easy to add your site to stumble once you have the toolbar installed. I'm not on the computer that has stumble on it, and I can't remember how from the top of my head. But it is pretty easy, because I kept stumbling sites by accident. I added yahoo mail to stumble multiple times. Be sure that your site is interesting before you stumble it. Try to make the main page appealing, because people won't stay or give you a good rating if your site is boring. I've found some pretty cool sites through stumble, but I want to work on mine some more before I submit them.

There is also one-click blogging built in as well.
