I can submit stumbles for you, $4.00 an hour. (50 urls an hour). There are a few conditions. Your pages must all have a description meta tag, and title. This will be used for the title and description on digg as well. I will crawl your site first to get a list of urls (or will accept your list) and will use that to submit all the pages to digg.
