I had a question, what if one wanted to study at home and just give exams in a university .... like study from india and come to uk/usa for giving an exam??? ... could any1 list the universities that do such programmes andwether they could do mechanical, electrical or any other engineering programmes ... it would be a great help if i could get what kind of study that is called and some links to the universities / list of universities would be a great help ....
