would make a great website about informing freshman students on how to adapt to the UK universities

Just another quick question re. something relating to the name

Would having a large userbase of students, either through a forum, chatroom, newsletter etc. make the site more valuable to potential buyers or even advertisers or sponsors?

What are the chances of building such a userbase then getting a student focused company to invest/buy/place ads etc somehow?
