Hi there, just take it easy, user registration, login and edit profile, login and send order and get a ticket number, also admin can edit the order menu. Needed fast! RESTAURANT To make customer’s life easier, we require an online ordering system. This system will allow customers to place their orders online. A unique receipt number will be generated for each successful transaction and this receipt number will be used as proof of order (the receipt number will be used to “redeem†the ordered meal as well as facilitate payment for the meal). For further convenience, customers are allowed to make a phone call or sms their order. The details of the order will be captured in a web-form whether directly entered by the customer or manually entered from the details captured through a phone or sms order. We require that you help them design and implement a web-based system with the following modules: 1. Registration Module: This module will capture all the necessary details from a customer who wishes to place their orders online. Important information includes contact details, username, user defined password etc. and so forth. In this module, the user needs to view AND indicate that they have agreed to the terms and conditions set out before they can complete the registration. 2. User maintenance Module: This modul e is where registered users can perform self-maintenance e.g. updates contact details, and change password. 3. Admin module: This module is password protected and allows access to all other modules. Here the food items available for selection in the Ordering Module will be added/deleted/modified. Pricing of the food items will also be changeable from this module. Thanks
i think it may be a better option to buy a system. think there is already something out like this, at least i have seen some waiters running arround taking orders with a pda in some restaurant here. not sure how much you wanna spent, but i wouldnt do this one for less than $USD 1.500 ...
I assume that Earning is the student. Assuming that you're a programming student rather than a management student shouldn't you be doing this yourself?
