    So I have today just started off my Student Blog, i was wondering if you could be so kind as to give me any advice on it! Im looking to reflect on my experiences as a student, adding a humours element to them, i will also look to give advice on my blog in the future! Feel free to take a look here:

    my advice would be to focus on the things that mostly affect students in colleges and universities. the best moments, worst moments and all memorable moments. also give advice on handling this issues. Try and be realistic as this will attract more students and non students. I wish you luck

    This is false. Your blog is useless without an audience, and simply pumping out content does not guarantee an audience.

    If you depend on traffic coming out of thin air, you only chance is through extreme luck. And depending on luck is not wise.

    So promote, promote, promote!

    I couldn't agree more with tariqsal, promotion is definitely key to success.

    It really doesn’t matter – especially in the beginning of you blogging career – how special your content is if no one is going to find it.

    It could be the article that revolutionizes the whole industry, but no one is reading it because it’s sitting in your newly launched blog that has not gained any authority nor press yet.

    Google barely knows you.

    For new blogs, promotion is really the sail that makes your ship go forward. You have to make noise about yourself. Tell all the people that “Hey, I’m here!”.
