Stuck on progressive streaming videos

    I'm trying to put a few videos up on a website and I can't figure out how to get them to progressively play. I have tried every format, and it just waits to download the video before playing.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    I need to know the best format to do it and the proper way to embed it in html. I've been looking for some good tutorials, but can't find anything good.
