Stuck badly.

Well one of my paypal account was limited , they asked to complete 2 steps . i had completed the fax process , next was to add a cc and enter the expand use number. well my account was verified already so while completing this process there was no option to add the expand use number cause the account is already verified , what happens now is my credit card has been added but the account shows that step is still uncompleted as i didn't enter the expand use number ..well if i have no option how do i enter it ?

 

need to contact paypal.. call them by phone and should be able to help... usually if you check your online statement for the CC, the expanded use number shows up under the charge.

 

Add another credit card and enroll it in the expanded usage program.

Or remove the current credit card from your account, add it back again and enroll that in the expanded usage program

 

Yup i'm thinking to do the same , hope their phone support doesn't s**ks as their email support.

Well its a limited account so you can just add a credit card not remove it

 

Are you sure? Click on profile>> credit cards & try removing it from there, I think it can be removed.

 

yup checked it there is no such option, Just 2 options add and edit credit card info.

 

maybe u need to add bank account

 

well as i'm from india pp doesn't really asks to add it.
