​This was a real issue for me till the last month and finally i have got a solution! If you really wanna wake up in the time you have decided, NEVER extend your alarm time. no matter how difficult it is, just get up at that very moment! I know it's a bit difficult, but you will get used to it in a couple of days.....
Let me tell you a great trick. Put your alarm (or GSM) on such a distance from your bed, that you cannot reach it even if you sit down in your bed. The idea is that in order to stop the alarm you have to actually get up from bed. Works every time. After that it will be perfect you immediately turn on some awesome cheerful and happy music (not metal). It will help you to be more happy throughout the day.
Yep as Kiss said just put your phone some distance away with a really annoying alarm noise. Will force you out of bed. Also don't snooze as the extra few minutes will not help you.
You know what I do? I roll out of my bed on purpose so that the fall wakes me up. And I also use KISS's method of leaving the phone to ring at a long distance so I have to walk over to it.
In my opinion its not even a matter of trying to wake up early. Its a matter of loving what you do. If you love what you do, you wont even set an alarm.
Its very difficult to wake up in the morning.... and also i think its very difficult work for me.......
its so hard to not press the snooze button lol.. i was with out a job for 6 months so i got to sleep till whenever.. just got the job ive been after for as long as i can remember and its so hard to wake up in the morning..
Let me share with you guys an article that helped me a lot, it's from Steve Pavlina's blog (a great resource to keep in mind).
if we want to get up early we should set the alarm 10-15 minutes earlier than theschedule we wake up. for example we want bangu at 6 am, we should set the alarmclock 5:45. because with a distance of 10-15 minutes we can stretch our muscles on the bed.
waking up is really a hard job and i can say more harder then link building but once you sit in bed and throw your feet on the floor then its it then its alot easy to go to washroom
