Hi guys - first post, so please do be gentle with this little lady. About 18 months ago I signed up with Commission Junction, and populated my site with a number of their ads. We haven't made much money out of it, but that's down to us... no fault of CJ. We had a pending payment on the account, and wanted to log in again to release that... plus change some of our preferences. However, now CJ claim that we're not registered. I've tried the usual (and unusual) email addresses but to no avail. I've sent numerous messages to them via their contact box on the website - but not had a single response. Is this normal? Should I just open up a new account and say goodbye to the money in the old one? Or does anyone else have a good way of getting in touch with these guys. We don't have a landline (merely mobiles, and 3G cards) - so a long distance call with a possible long hold time isn't an option. Cheers guys - and thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give. E x
I have had to get in touch via phone once with CJ.. and now this is completely just one experience and I am sure others will say differently, There was a very small hold time and I believe that the total length of the call was a mere 10-12 minutes. Maybe you will have the same experience as I did if you were to call them. They were very helpful and friendly.
Hi spencyr... thanks - If all else fails, then I'll pick up the phone. Hi fadetoblack22 - yes, forgot password... and email address used to register with them. However, it would only have been one of 3 email addresses - and the website tells me that none of these were registered. Unfortunately my old PC died with all my nicely filed emails on it - or I would have been able to confirm which I'd used. So I've not been able to do the "forgot password" route. Thank you both for your help. E x
Calling them usually helps in terms of getting answers quickly - http://www.cj.com/about/contact.html - but RichUser is probably correct.
