    So far I know Webproworld and Warrior forum are capable of creating that much stronger backlinks. But for that your thread must become Hot Thread.

    Look for their homepage PR, if they get High PR more than 4 than they are good in Google Eyes, there is no perfect backlinks.. backlinks should be natural not made up.. I hope this helps..

    Search in the google with the term "powered by vBulletin" and you will be getting lots of results which are actually a list of forum websites where you can register and proceed like how you're doing here.

    inurl:forum "powered by Phpbb"

    This will help you to get a huge list of good forum sites.
