I think the LTTE is the most talented army in the world. Mind you, not the strongest but the talented. Reason why I thought that way is, for almost all the country you have a different set of brainy people who develop the technologies/arms and you have another different group of people who eat well and stay fit (but die anyways ). But I heard that, LTTE, they create their own arms.. like aircraft and other arms.. they themself will do it seems.. Not sure though. just my thoughts.
Im not an expert in this discussion but I really wonder why people consider Iseral as a strong force. I have seen Isearal been ranked higher in this discussion. Have anybody looked into the worldmap and has found how big is Iseral? 1945's hiroshima atom bomb is enough to finish it off. For example, here in south america, we the Argentinians had a war against the UK in the early 80's, and if you compare the 2 forces by then, it took the UK army too long to win the war. We had an "almost war" with chile in the late 70s, and we were like, 4 times better than them, and still we knew that it would be though, because chileans are though people, and if they stop fighting is because they're dead. Another example is when the US tried to send navy seals to train with Argentinian & Brazilian commandos, they couldn't resist the training because it was too much, so they might have quantity, but not quality. Everything is so relative, technically, Israel wouldn't stand a chance against Argentina (to not say Brazil, who is a top 10 military powerhouse), but i doubt that numbers explain what human beings can do. And i do agree that Israeli pilots are among the best in the world...
