the very first PR update after you start listing a bunch of dofollow links to unrelated sites and your PR6 cash machine turns into a PR0 really bad investment. My 2 cents.
OK update. I have an client that knows my other sites offering 11k on this one. For info its 8 years old no real cash made since no links or ads there. There is a small shop but no real cash either.
