Dropped domain that he purchased, trying to get site activity now and lots of submissions so when he starts charging next month, he may be able to fool newbees into buying a listing in a directory that will lose all its PR, probably the month after. Just another link farm that if you do list your site in, well it can probably hurt serps rather than help them
