    Hi,
    I want to sell my PR5 directory. Read below to get all the info.

    Its a valid PR5 according to these sites.

    Alexa Ranking:
    Site has an Alexa rank of 538,347.
    Traffic:
    Site was online from 10th of March and till now it received 500 uniques.
    Traffic
    Revenue:
    Site has earned $14 from selling featured and regular links. For 24hrs site was a free directory then I made it a paid one and got that much.
    Template:
    Template is not unique but the directory and the blog template matches.
    Starting Price: $150
    BIN : $300.

    NOTE:
    1) I've paid some $$ for directory submissions to someone in dp.
    2) Domain was a dropped domain so please don't spoil the thread asking how it has PR5.
    3) I'm looking for a quick sale and my BIN price is also very cheap for a valid PR5 directory.

    If people seriously do their due diligence, checking the PR of the inner pages, then they won't buy sites that have possibly zero intrinsic value.
