    Details of Sale:
The site wasn't originally a directory but I turned it into one many months back. ALL the links built to this site are based on it's directory status. Some of the links are to articles located in the directories blog. The reason I am selling this site is because it is most profitable when the blog is active (so it can drive new traffic in) and when there is marketing going on. Since about 4 months ago I lost all my interest in SEO and marketing and I am concentrating more on programming things I like. (right now I'm working on a game). The site is a gem if bought by someone who has time to promote it more and post new things on the blog so more traffic comes in...

    Money?
I left the site alone in the past 3 months and only checked weekly for new submissions. It used to get about 2-4 submissions weekly without any new promotion, i don't know how many were repeat customers but according to traffic charts it could have all been new customers. Recently I started advertising the site again and submissions have increased due to a simple promotion offered only at 1 site (digitalpoint.com) which offered 1 free submission if you bought two. This shows that the site is very profitable if marketed correctly and that there is room for much more (since it was only advertised in one site, nowhere else).

So if there is room for so much profit why don't you do it?
As said before I've lost interested in this kind of job and we all know that a job you don't like is like cleaning after your kitty's poo. Of course shall this sale not reach a price I'm happy with I will just keep this job.

How did you get so many links?!
I bought permanent links on many sites (in page links), article submissions, directory submissions, etc... There are few monthly subscriptions that are still being paid for advertisement, mainly the ones on DigitalPoint (signature links).
Most links being permanent makes this sites standing great, if you have some money to invest and build more links the directories strength can greatly increase, bringing up another reason why this site is better off with someone else than me. (I need my money for the launch of my new project).

Please keep in mind that the digitalpoint promotion was posted a few days ago and submissions from it are still coming, got some today and I'm sure some more will follow.
