    The domain is not bad but never worth $275. It's getting most of its link from just 1 website and it's a sidewide link.. In case this link is being taking down the domain isn't worth anything really. I would buy it for $35.

    well since more people are seeing it the same, it's obvious that you are overcharging. Good luck to you too - you won't find someone who pays $275 for this domain. You can get pretty decent PR5 domains for $300.
