I've been effected too. I want to provide a bit of focus and if all the people effected work together then perhaps can make it easier:

You need to follow the steps:
    - Report the incident on Paypal, to get a refund
    - Refer to the DP thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1888652
    - File a report on http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

The hacker used the following accounts:
    His MSN:
    His PayPal:

    Report his Gmail account to:

    Report his Yahoo account to:

    Report his Paypal
    - Create a dispute with his paypal address above.

Point to note, the meebooo1 account has been active for many years and seems to be a seasoned hacker:

Sean, please follow the steps above - get his yahoo and paypal addresses blocked first, register a complaint with the ic3. Of course the names he gave you are false (as well as probably the IP's) but at some point in time, it'll trace back to the original guy.

I'd also recommending posting this link to Paypal, seeing it's effected other users.

Action needs to be taken by everyone effected, rather than "praying"...

well if you ask the mods / admins you will know!.... and all i know is, they've told me that they already have the ip of the person that logged into my account.. but they cant tell me..

I will try my best to help, if you all trust me..

I want to stop this guy as well as all of you, because he managed to have access to another forum too, which i am currently still banned on, maybe it will lead to more information to help you guys..

, was also used too.. (a replyed PM in my inbox sent from the person on my account)

just searching for "meebooo1@yahoo.com" on google already come up with a lot of results regarding hacking + scamming..
i would change your password more regularly, a lesson learnt...

im not sure if im allowed to post threads from other forums, but if you all search: "QXZ.COM J9Y.COM are stolen" on google, its the first link, contains good info i think..

hope the admins are actually reading this thread and taking action.

Go ahead and quote the relevant parts by all means and include a link to them. Just don't slap an entire post where people have to dig through lots of text. It clutters things up and the focus of the thread is lost.

Seems no action from anybody, I've personally filed reports already but everyone effected needs to be involved.

    If he's using:

    * Report his Yahoo account to:
    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/abuse.html

If he's using MSN as his Paypal address:

    *Report his MSN account to:
    https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlspacesabuse&ct=eformts

If he's using Gmail as his Paypal address:

    * Report his Gmail address to:
    http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hlrm=en&answer=134413

    Then:
    - Make sure Paypal has your claim filed.
    - If you've had your GoDaddy domains transferred contact the undo Dept.

At the moment, I'd hold off suggesting "who this guy (or team is)", I can see he steals domains via places like GoDaddy and places them for sale on forums like this...he's used different alaises, but this thread will benefit alot of people.

We're losing focus, which should be on:
    - Get his email addresses blocked.
    - Get his paypal closed down.

    Then after:
    - Find out the IPs of where he comes from (using the details supplied by the closed accounts too)
    - Paypal, Yahoo, Live and Gmail are involved here too, so I'm sure they can help out.
    - Locate where he is and who he is.
    - Get the police involved...

He's using moazeni@live.com and now reynoldy2000@yahoo.com. I spoke to PayPal and as a buyer, I am screwed. They captured the funds but said for virtual goods they will be releasing the funds to the seller even if he doesn't response. The bad guys know the system and PayPal is helping them perpetuate this.

All PP has to do is reverse the transaction if the SELLER cannot prove they took the necessary actions to complete the transaction. This attitude of "we're going to side with the seller" stuns me.

I'm the original owner of the domain in question, I got my domain back successful from GoDaddy. However, that doesn't help all the people effected and who paid the scammer, so I'd like to reply to some of the issues raised above:

    Addressing Paypal Issues

If you paid by paypal, hopefully you've already filed a dispute. The dispute means:
    - There's a record of the email address/owner of the scammer.
    - Paypal puts a hold on the money in their account.
    - Escalate the dispute to a claim.

    Some issues of Disputes:
    - Make sure you've got a Premier Account/Business Account
    - Make sure your address/details are "confirmed"

In any case it’s highly recommended you pay with a credit card so that you can do a chargeback to get all your money back. However, before filing a chargeback you must go through Paypal’s Dispute Process.

    Also call Paypal:
    https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab

Find the right person to talk to, keep the issues brief and to the point. Explain your problem, how it's effected others and that you haven't received the (virtual) goods. A phone is better than an email. Also try to find out:
    - The full name of the person's account

    Your Paypal Account:
Go to My Accounts Profile -> Selling Preferences -> Payment Receiving Preferences. Select the option “Block payments from U.S. users who DO NOT provide a Confirmed Address.” This deals with all the U.S. buyers who don’t have a confirmed address. From this point you can also block all international payments too.

    For Seanlopez:

    Report his Yahoo id:

    to - http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/abuse.html

    Report his Paypal Email:

Using the paypal steps above and also report to MSN:
    https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlspacesabuse&ct=eformts

    For Serpman:

    Report his Yahoo id:

    to - http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/abuse.html

    Report his Paypal Email:

Using the paypal steps above and also report to MSN:
    https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlspacesabuse&ct=eformts

    For SEOspecial and KIG:

    Report his Yahoo:

    to - http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/abuse.html

    Report his Paypal Email:

Using the paypal steps above and also report to Gmail:
    http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hlrm=en&answer=134413

I'd like to get this guy as much as the rest of you, but first you need to fix your own problems first before accusing people/guessing who took the domains because as you can see he's used multiple accounts in such a short space of time.

First of all, for the people that got hacked, we need to find out "HOW" we got hacked! to prevent others from getting hacked too, because I still do not know how they got in.

After doing some research, I have a rough idea on who the hacker may be and all I can say is, it is a group of people and not just one individual.

    http://mobility.mobi/showthread.php?49659-lots-of-lll.mobi-and-nnn.mobi-names

    E-mail:
IP: 85.185.163.113 (IRAN, ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF) (ISP YAZD UNIVERSITY OF IRAN )

Confirmed by mods that the hacker that logged into my account and another person's account on here was indeed coming from a different IP, but they seemed to use the same email address, which could possibly mean its a group of people using the same email.

I've also found out a lot of info, but I do not wish to post it all in here yet due to reasons behind it..

*I know the hackers are probably reading this*

My own problems, is to find out who this hacker is, why did he do it on my account and how he got in..
