I have developed at least five different complete content management systems from scratch for different clients. If you are in need of a custom CMS, no matter how big or small, then I am the guy for you. In the past I have built systems to manage content like images, screenshots, simple articles, all the way to bigger projects like blogs, image galleries, sidebars, and all sorts of other things. I am able to modify or write from scratch any CMS that you need. My main languages are PHP/mySQL and Javascript. Are you looking to create a custom CMS or use a preexisting one? It will cost considerably more if you are looking for something custom. Fortunately most people who have custom CMS's don't actually need them.
How much would a commercial CMS cost ? With features similar to a bridge between WP and VB but more elaborate with Ajax and all.
