    Hey guys,

Just got relaxed for 2 days and i'm pretty cool right now.
My chest still hurts sometimes but i'm starting to believe this was caused by this strange formula:

    * Adsense bombings a few days ago
    * Big wave surfing that ripped all my muscles into pieces
    * Alot of work putting together a huge website for a client
    * Some stress delivering all my work in schedule
    * No fun at all besides bodyboarding 3-5 times per week

Maybe i got all messed up, and my nervous system + my heart/chest ringed the bells. It's time to relax and focus again on objectives.

Thanks all, i'll be seeing you around ;)

You should keep an eye on the chest problems in case it is more than stress.

You need not worry if your pain is only in the heart. It might be due to some other reasons. If the pain spreads to your left shoulder and then to your left hand, then it might be a heart attack.
If it is the case, then you can keep an aspirin under your tongue. It'll do a bit of good but you have to go to the hospital as soon as possible..

Good luck, I wish you a speedy recovery, that is something that you don't want to mess around with. Go for regular check ups.
