Stripes across images

Hi

I was just wondering how I could make stripes across graphics, is ther a special CS2 tool or something

Patters, create a patter and then fill the needed area with your pattern.

Yeah I think you would need patterns for that, to make them, on a blank image, draw the pattern you want, on a transparent background, then go to edit>define pattern, then on the image you want to apply it to, go to the blending options and pattern overlay, mess about with the settings a bit there.

 

you can make horizontal stripes on a layer and then just select all and rotate 45 degrees

 

you have to crop the strips like this though
