I used your network few months ago and what happened to me was very strange and funny.

During 6 weeks my account manager canseled ads at more than $400 claiming that the advertisers did not pay the company.
All the ads were displaied on my site and the advertisers got more much clicks than expected.

Do you still have the right to cansel any ads and refund the money even after the ad displaying ends ?????

This would have occurred because the Advertisers payment was defaulted, for any number of reasons.

All ad providers work this way, they simply aren't as transparent.

Hello all... the Stripe ad is growing in popularity and I do recommend you give it a go. At the moment we have introductory RON prices to entice advertisers but that won't last long, so get in quick.

Srohman yes in cases where advertisers payments are charge backed / reversed we cancel the ad, that's normal with any service as Paullie pointed out. We can't pay out money we haven't received.

Its not all that common but can happen from time to time. We now have better procedures in place to spot these types of transactions before they become issues to the publisher as in your case.
