String encryption

    Hi,

    Does anybody know what script does this kind of encryption?

    |213|247|205|123|200|229|118|17|25|97|34|22|209

    Maybe you saw something like this before.

    Looks inefficient. Is there a legal reason for wanting to decrypt it?

    Yes, it`s an exercise.
    The person that encrypt it, said,this wasn`t made using a home-made script.

    I also don`t have access to the code (that would be too easy).

    One other clue he gave me is that:

    123456 = |128|176|140|46|145|182
