Good Evening Everyone, I'm feeling a little stressed and overwhelmed right now. Mostly because my web design business is going a little slow, not getting many clients as I was before and then on top of that I'm worrying if I'll make it with the struggles now. I just launched my new website shockonline which has been a dream to me, so that's the only good thing that has happen in the past 2 weeks. Any thought on what I can do? I'm sure some of you go through this some times, it basically makes me want to work harder and smarter. Thanks, Scott
Take a short break and do some other things that you like & relax you and get *The Biz* off your mind for awhile... When you feel rested go back to it with a Vengence!!...
That may be my problem, I've been working nonstop for 2 weeks to launch my new website shockonline, some days I was on 36 hours straight as I didn't sleep so I could get it opened.
Proper sleep at regular times then you're at your best everyday rather then feeling tired and burnt out which causes a myriad of problems for ones well-being, emotional state and how you're able to cope with stress. The power of good regular sleep cannot be underestimated! No more 36 hour shinnanigans my friend. Pete
Scott sounds like you need a rest..do what KeithLDick mention and i will be praying for you. Hugggggssssss!!!!!!!!!!!
I set plans for this Friday to go out with my friends all day, so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the replies.
shockhonline is a nice site. Maybe you should spend some time working on something else or take a days break.
1: Take a good sleep 2: Get some exercise 3: Get some fresh air 4: Get some good nutrition 5: Take another good sleep but first make a list (8 hours) Your reloaded! Now make up the list what you want to accomplish in the evening and set your mind to it to do that the next day. This will help keep you focussed. Exercise is important as well to relieve the stress build up in your body and mind! (if you have a girlfriend or wife then yes that kind of exercise helps a lot as well ) Now take a look at this thread i posted some time ago (i'm not the author, i merely shared this interesting approach) and apply this to your web design business as best as you can. Good luck!
