When I want to do some clear thinking and I'm under a lot of stress, I just take my fishing rods and I go fishing. Strange as it may sound, it has helped me to keep sane especially when I was getting divorced. Under light stress, I simply listen to good music and do contemplation for 20 t0 30 minutes quietly. Otherwise I turn to watching wrestling and some of the matches are rather uplifting, especially if you follow the rivalries and how matters are resolved. You realize that although its a sport like in the Jungle, there are wrestlers who are upright.
After a long stress I usually take a shower, sleep for a while and then take a cup of tea. Tea helps me to remove my stress. Not only that, I also enjoy soft music while taking tea.
