    Why are you selling this site?
    Involved in big new project.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense. This niche has high CPC paying keywords.
    Currently no income from site as I have not promoted it at all since purchase.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Twitter account with 6,200 followers

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Just add blog posts. However much time your willing to put into it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    No challenges at all.

    Hosted at siteground and will have to be moved. I will move it for you. Also, domain is registered at namecheap.

    **This is my last site for sale. I purchased this site as a starter site 1 month ago for $150 on Flippa. I am asking for half that, $75 with no reserve as I have to let it go. A huge project came my way just as I purchased this and I must dedicate all my time to it. Good luck!
