    Why are you selling this site?
    I'm selling this website because I do not have the time to post content and maintain it anymore, got a full time job and doing freelance stuff too and I want to give it to someone who will take care of it.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    It does come with 2 facebook pages.
    -Street Workout ( 10k likes )
    -Street Workout Videos ( 4k likes )

    How much time does this site take to run?
    It takes time to write good articles, but its not hard to maintain it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Keeping up to date with the news and posting content.
