I aquired these sites a few months back.

I spent sometime cleaning up the forums, revamping the design and then worked in the background on SEO.

both sites rank well for street fighter related terms but also have room for a ton of improvement.

I have not spent that much time on the forums due to lack of time, however there is an active team that were there before I arrived running things well and they would continue to do so after I leave.

The forum is pretty active with about 2 - 4 new registrations on average per day and a loyal fanbase.

also with the pending Super Street Fighter 4 confirmed and pending release this summer, this site is only going to get bigger and better.

I have not touched the Blog, as to be honest im not a wordpress fan or avid user so these has also not been updated.

I have not even transfered the adsense over to mine on the blog.

I was going to revamp the design and install an autoblog, but not got round to it.

I would really like to see these sites goto a new home as I feel the current memberbase deserve someone who will be dedicated in spending time on the site and taking it forward.

The previous owner was making between £30 - £50 a month promoting both adsense & amazon through the blog mainly and forums.

However as I planned to revamp first then earn money later I have only made around £5 a month from adsense. (this would be more if my adsense was also on the blog)


So let the bidding commence

 

If you lower the minimum price I'd be interested. 100 USD is a bit too high, sorry.

 

Sorry I will not be lowering the minimum price, I feel that as a starting bid $100 is very low for the site, although it has low revenue currently, with a little promotion and rearrangement of advertising the site would easily earn more, and its certainly a good base to build upon.

It has an established and loyal community which is active and growing, which is hard to come by, trust me I run many large forums and trying to aquire forums like this are few and far between.
