I have a site with streamline.net - in 3 years I don't recall ever having any downtime whatsoever and they are quick to reply to all support tickets and requests. On the downside, my site that is hosted with them does seem to run slow at times and there is no cpanel which, for me, is a major drag. On the whole though, I would say I'm happy with them and they offer good value for money.
