Streaming videos?

    Hi i have people that upload .mov and .wav files. Is there anyway to stream them off my server?

    That are pretty big so might want to change to a different format for the stream, any suggestions would be very helpful.

    Chage the format of .mov files .The best streaming through .flv . Swf. Like more video sharing site useing Flash format.
