Hello all, I am looking to stream live, over my website, about three channels to start off with. These are actual channels. They would be- MTV, ESPN, AND NBC- (that is what I hope to do) Now I know that I am going to need the proper rights to do this and going to have to fork over some cash. But I am willing to do it. Please if you know could you please answer these questions: Do I contact the cable company or the station- or both Do I need permission (I'm assuming I do) How much do you think the rights would cost Do you think that I would have an argument that their ads would reach more peope And finally is thereanything else that you could think of that I would need to think about or know Thanks guys, REP will be left for a intelligent answer!! I dont think any of those channels will allow you to stream their content...its just not worth it for them..
Well if it would cost millions, then how do the TV programs work (google Live TV to see them- they are all affiliates) I am just trying to make this happen... Thanks Mike
I meant google live TV, like search live TV on google. They are programs which you can run on your computer to watch TV. Thanks Mike
