i wonder if you register your site to a person who would die soon, can anybody find out who is controlling the site?
(it is just an example to open a site with illegal content)

Sure, track where payment for domain renewals came from. Subpeona the host to get the ip address of anybody that logged in to update the site. If the site is monetized, find out who the payments are going to... Do you really need more?

There could be several reasons. Without looking into the specific sites, it could be that they are hosted and run in countries that have little or no interest in maintaining copyright for other countries or have different laws. It could be that they just have not been discovered yet by companies that care. A lot of the games come from channels around the world, perhaps those channels are not as concerned about it and haven't done anything about it.

Just because somebody gets away with something for a long time doesn't make it legal. Look at the mafia.

They probably signed up using a different site and then put AdSense on the sites that don't comply. There are probably millions of sites using AdSense. There is no way Google could look at the all.

i can tell you that at weekends you cant reach their pages because of too much people are visiting!I'm sure they are earning a lot of money from adsense and for sure Google knows about them. When they are earning money, google is earning money too,so they are just doing NOTHING!

PS:If google dont know that pages, then i'm sure sky sports,espn.. warned google.Because if they cant earn money then they would not do this.
