I place "LAW And Order SVU" episode video on my blog. This video from Chinese video site (like youtube).

Is this illegal ?

 

Im not sure if its legal, but you won't get into trouble, it would be the video site.

Yes you are violating copyright laws, it does not matter that the material is hosted on another site.

 

It's still considered illegal and hosts normally take down such sites.
