Streaming anime video website - Very popular

    Website with streaming anime series, no anime is hosted on the server but streamed from a video hosting website. The site recieves most of its traffic from google, I have SEO'ed the site and google loves it. Tons and tons of quality SE traffic, see for yourself on the stats page listed above.

    The revenue is a couple of dollars every day.

    Site runs wordpress like a CMS fully customized with SEO and other plugins as well as a rare template.

    The site is not even fully populated yet, I will teach you how to easily populate it. Many series are already added so there is a posting template to use. I calculate when all series are added the SE traffic will be in the range of 5000-10000 unique visitors every day.

    Stumbleupon users love the site as well as other big social bookmarking sites.

    Here is a chance to own a great site with unlimited potential, I would like to keep it to myself but I just dont have time for it anymore and need to focus on my blog network.

    I would be interested, but how is it (in this case) with copyright issues and google's TOS about sites with copyrighted content?

    also:
    How many hours/day do you have to spent, to update the site?
    How do you find all this episodes (streams)?

    You dont have to worry about copyright since it is streamed video. The site from where you stream the video is who is responsible for enforcing copyright laws on the files they host. Original Japanese anime is rarely the subject of copyright problems. It's a grey zone.

    Updating the shows is a piece of cake, takes about 20 seconds to add one episode with description. I will teach the buyer exactly how its done including finding the stuff for a seamless transfer.

    You can change the top google ad into an image ad and get higher ctr for that ad unit btw ;)
