Bad news for all of us promoting StrawberryNET :(

They changed commissions for 15 % (new customer->once) and as low as 2.5% for returning customers (compared to 10 % unlimited occurence before). Our site has many visitors who are buying on a regular basis, so the difference is very apparent just a day after their change.

We are going to remove their links and use another quality merchant, which one could you recommend?

I hate that they do this!
When they need us they pay us and now that we generated all these customers for them they throw us out!
I will take off all their links from my pages. The 15% that they give ONLY for the first time is nothing, considering that most people don't spend much on theyr first buy.
What they do is disrespectful to all of us who gave them a push up.

I was about to sign with Golden Can to get the RSS feed from Strawberry to develop "other countries" where I already have some really good results in other retail products, now it is just not viable anymore. With a 25% comission on your commision for GC and a famished 2.5% comision on sale, it just take out of the way many marketing vehicles starting with PPC. Are they getting too greedy?? Anyway, does anyone know of another similar merchant, second on the list?

    Cheers,
    Franco

Pure Greed, I don't promote this merchant but I have had similar experiences. What I do is look for any good alternative and switch the links and send a nice email to the Affiliate Manager about why I switch.
