So I have a few mini sites hosted at free sites (blogspot, squidoo, etc.) I guess I should explain this, I want to promote http://thisexample.com so I created http://thisexample.blogger.com and http://squidoo.com/thisexample with just one post each and linked them back to my main site. I heard this is a good way to get relevant links for google... Do I need to make more than 1 post with them to make it look more like a real site? And how should I get them indexed, is just Digging all of them ok? Should I space out the Diggs, or does it matter?
Personally I have been doing the same thing, but rather then just staying with one post they turned into money makers all by themselves especially my blogs. I say post regularly and when building links to your website also build backlinks to your blogs and squido lenses so when you do give your website a link from these they will have more authority.
Yes I think you need to do the thing of making as many post other than 1. It's all because one can't be recognize easily in a net were there are a thousand competitor. So you should get things done, only by doing so you can be sure you hit the spot. ______________________________ http://www.firstpagewebsearh.com
they should get indexed pretty quick since these are major authority domains so dont worry about that, get some link juice by social bookmarking the blogger and squidoo sites. Build as many links there as you can , you wont be penalised for getting too many links too quickly like you will if you do this to your (presumably new) money site
