Strange.... Very Strange

    I have a real estate site that ranks around 12-20 for the term Seattle Real Estate. But something very strange is happening... If I use Google Rank for example it shows that I now rank 20... but when I do a Google Search, I cant find the site ANYWHERE...

    In addition, my hits are down, and I am wondering if others cant see my site as well....and why??

    No affiliate links and I think this is been going on for a while...

    Again, all the SEO ranking tools show my ranking as stable... but when I do a search, I cant find it....

    the program you use to check is probably quering a different datacenter than the one where you search.
