I've been noticing lately that somehow or another, amazon is able to rank with domain names that redirect... Anyone have any idea how they are getting Google to cache the page as the redirected page? That's easy. 301 redirect. I got thousands of indexed AWS redirects that point to Amazon and Google still shows the info as being on my site.
