who created the rules for the site?
why i need to wait 2 weeks to create a post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum.

can you remove the 2 weeks period, because its really annoying for new members.

If it annoys you that much you can always piss off somewhere else. Just an observation.

So I can see my thread for more than 20 minutes on the front page of the section. Otherwise, spammers would reign supreme.

Complaining about the rules in your first post is not a great way to start your way here.

If the forum will allow newbies to post in BST section, then the forum will get spammed with lot of newbies who are looking to sell their items.
They will make 1 post and then disapper.

Why dont you wait for a few days?

now i think you are old enough in dp, and perhaps you can post everywhere you like. so post some important things, things that helps us, and you will like "at home" in dp.
    welcome anyways,

rules are ideas, and as such are not copyrightable under US law.

for your second question, yes vb has infractions built in.

so it means, if a buy a vbulettin forum package, i will get everything that dp has, all the features, right!
i think i should buy it,
anyways, dose phpbb has those features, or is it possible to install something to make phpbb like this forum.
    thanks.

not really. alot of things here are custom coded (like -1 for red reputation). just go to vbulletin.org and you'll see what comes with vb and what doesn;t.

When i came here i wanted to sell something but actually its good new people cant sell as not everyone can trust a frist time poster. I definatly know i wont buy anything from some1 who just made 1 post till now in a forum :). The rule is ok :)

    Regards

Its ok to buy from a first time poster as long as you get all the stuff before you pay.
