I am really not sure wheather it's an appropriate place for the thread... but
I see rather strange referrers, bringing traffic to a site, like:
    b2.mail.yahoo.com
    mail.google.com
    mail.lycos.com
and so on. What are they? Is this the case when a link to a site was mailed?
    Thanx in advance for answers

They are when the visitor came from their email account. It can be from PPC adverts or from a link in an email. Maybe even somebody reading your RSS feed by email.

So then it can be PR distributed via e-mails, can't it?

As long as you don't mean page rank, then yeah.
