i buy a old domain and target a week keyword. yes , it is very weak keyword. i just build a page on another site and it rank on #2page in 3 days with a common backlinks. but i build a page on the domain for that keyword, a week past, the page does not appear on top1000. why? a fact: if you search domain + that keyword, google show no result. but if you search site:domain + that keyword, google show 3 result. what happen to my site?
Has that domain been spidered by google yet ? try typing the site:www command in google if nothing appears then it hasnt been spidered yet, either you dont have enough links to it yet or as you said its an old domain it might have issues from the past that you may need to check out
it definely be index by google. i state it on my first post: search domain.com my-keyword in google , return no result. search site:domain.com my-keyword ,return my pages.
