Strange problem with website - red flash when page load

Hi,

I have strange problem - when i refresh/load page in internet explorer i get red
flash...while page isn't loaded.
massagemind.com/therapy/Massage_Therapy.html.

So when i click on link massage therapy i get red flash - in form of read narrow rectangle.
When i click refresh then i got also flash,but its red for short time all aroud site template.

Is there any way to get around this.I suppose this red color load faster then others graphic but i suppose there is a way to sort it out?

Thanks,it solves big red rectangle problems.

Now i only have a problem with small rectangle - mean when i click on any of links,then there is now
white flash that has form of 20-30 pixel wide horizontal rectangle.Also it often changes position.
