2 months ago I made a credit card to link it. Usually paypal asks for 1.5 euros when we link the CC. I went to the bank and I put some money on the account and I came home to link the cc. Well here I got a problem, I put all the details and when I tried to link it, they told that the cc is not accepted by the Paypal. But this is strange because my mom has the same CC and it's linked to paypal. I used paypal without CC for 1 month, then I tried again, and then it worked. Lol. What is happening here?
Maybe temp. problem at the time when you tried to verify your account first time. Sometimes happen with paypal so no need to worry about that. DON.
do you mean you tried to link the same CC to your paypal acct that is already linked to your mom's acct. ?

It's only a matter of CC，not paypal.. Don't worry..I dont think you will have any issue when ur withdraw...
