Strange PR update

I don't know for you guys but strange fro me is that : i have PR 5 on some my web site but link popularity is 0 zero

Google prediction is 4

and how to not be confused after all

 

Did it happen in the past ? Is this the first incomplete pagerank update ?

 

Yes, it happened on last update but there was another PR update after 2 weeks which gave PR on all pages..

it depends and so many factors.. unexplainable...

 

It is not so sad. If in 2 weeks the problem is solved than I have no problem.
But I am afraid that more time will pass.

I guess the Google will also correct the problems like too much PR for a strange page.

yeah...really strange...didn't expect it...though i am happy to have PR3 with my new blogs still other sites are in question...hmmm...might be new factors are added on how they gave PR??curious about it...

 

I think this can be a factor when setting PR for a page, but I think the most important is the number of the links pointing to that page.

well, i've just got a pr4 too, from pr0?... iwebtool has been predicting it for a while..

 

MeetHere, are you sure about this? I mean was this what happened to you (any examples)? Because none of the threads i read was saying that!

We know that this is sth happened before but we dont know if these site's homepage got a higher PR after 2 weeks.

What do you think/know?

 

I actually had same issue with Links Arena on last update..but it got PR5 on categories and PR5 on homepage two after 2 weeks...

I finally got out of the PR0 rut and into PR3.

 

good luck for me... got a pr5 from 4 and pr 2 from pr 0

 

Nice, but we are talking about sth different here. If you have a general PR update comment, i think you should post it to that long PR thread instead.

 

Maybe the next 2 weeks will show us exactly if the PR update was done or it was just a snapshot.

I have had the exact same think.
Some pages that link to hompage got the same PR as the homepage.

 

Yes, same think happened with www.bestfreewebdirectory.com last update.
the categories were PR2 but homepage Pr0. Then after 2 weeks, homepage got PR3 -- TELLING 100% truth.. believe me
